What Happens Next?

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 4 business days, confirming we’ve received it and that we are investigating.

We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible. In most cases, this will be within 15 business days, but it may take up to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the case.

Investigation

Final Response

Once our investigation is complete, we’ll send you a Final Response explaining our decision and any further steps.

If You're Not Satisfied

If you are not happy with our Final Response, or if 8 weeks have passed without resolution, you may refer your complaint to the Claims Management Ombudsman, free of charge.
